- Account information (if we enable accounts)
- Username, password, and other details you choose to store in a profile
- Transactional and payment information
- Limited billing details, such as name, billing address, and contact information
- Payment data (such as card details or other payment methods) is generally processed directly by our payment service providers and not stored in full by O.Space.
- Marketing preferences
- Your choices about whether and how you would like to receive marketing or event updates from us.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit or use our Sites, we automatically collect certain information, including through cookies and similar technologies. This may include:
- Device and usage information
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system and device type
- Language settings
- Referring and exit pages
- Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and other usage data
- Approximate location information
- Estimated location derived from your IP address (e.g., country or city). We do not collect precise GPS location.

- Our Sites may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to:

Payment card data and similar financial information are handled primarily by our payment service providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

When Do We Share Your Personal Information?
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with third parties in the following situations:
- Service providers
We work with trusted third-party vendors that help us operate our business and Sites, such as:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- Analytics and measurement tools;
- Email and communication platforms;
- Customer relationship management (CRM) tools;
- Payment processors or financial services providers.
- These providers are only allowed to use your information as needed to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect it.
- Payment processors
When you make a pre-order or pay a fee, your payment information is processed by a third-party payment service. Their privacy policy governs their use of your payment details.
- Professional advisers
We may share information with our lawyers, auditors, accountants, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary to protect and manage our business.
- Business transfers
If O.Space is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of all or part of its business or assets, your information may be shared with the relevant counterparties as part of that process.
- Compliance and legal requests
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes;
- Respond to lawful requests from public authorities;
- Protect the rights, safety, or property of O.Space, our users, or others.
- With your consent
We may share your information with third parties for other purposes when you explicitly ask us to or consent to such sharing.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Your Choices
1. Marketing Communications
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by:
- Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email; or
- Contacting us at marketing@oopen.space.
Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-marketing messages related to your inquiries, orders, or our ongoing business relationship.
2. Access, Update, or Delete Your Information
You can request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Delete certain information, subject to legal or legitimate business reasons for retention.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Most browsers allow you to manage cookies, including blocking or deleting them. If you disable cookies, some features of our Sites may not function properly.
For more detailed control, you can:
- Adjust your browser settings to block or limit cookies; and/or
- Use browser add-ons or privacy tools to manage tracking.
4. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Controls
Some browsers enable “Do Not Track” (DNT) or similar signals. Our Sites do not currently respond to DNT signals. If we begin to support browser-based global privacy controls in a way that changes how we handle your data, we will update this Policy.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to:
- Fulfill the purposes described in this Policy;
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements;
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the context of our relationship with you. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.
Our Policy on Children
Our Sites and services are intended for business users and adults. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

In the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Policy, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

You may also, where permitted by law, designate an authorised agent to make requests on your behalf, subject to appropriate verification and documentation.
International Transfers
O.Space may process and store your information in countries other than where you are located. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those of your home country.
Where required by law (e.g., for transfers from Europe), we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use our Sites at your own risk.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice (for example, by posting a prominent notice on our Sites or sending you an email, where appropriate).
