Design Review Reservation & Refund Policy

This Design Review Reservation is intended to secure priority access to ö.Space’s design and technical review process. It is not a final purchase, construction contract, or commitment to proceed.

Application of Reservation Fee

• If you proceed with an ö.Wall project, the reservation fee will be fully credited toward your final project cost.
  
  
• Final pricing, specifications, quantities, and timelines are confirmed only after the design review.
  
  

Refund Eligibility

The reservation fee is fully refundable in the following cases:

• You decide not to proceed after the initial design review
  
  
• ö.Space determines that ö.Wall is not suitable for your space or requirements
  
  
• The design review does not proceed due to feasibility constraints
  
  

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the design review or prior to significant custom engineering work commencing.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The reservation fee may be non-refundable if:

• Extensive custom engineering or documentation has been completed at your request beyond the standard design review
  
  
• Multiple scheduled sessions are missed without notice
  
  

Any such circumstances will be communicated clearly in advance.

ö.Space applies this policy in good faith. Our objective is to support informed decision-making, not to create financial pressure.
