What The System Includes

O.Wall is delivered as an integrated modular system rather than a collection of discrete components.

The system includes:

Structural frame modules

Base and starter panels

Glass panels

Door modules

Replaceable finish skins

Integrated service cavity

Electrified track for power and data integration

For more details, refer to the Spec Sheet.

“Modular” refers to coordinated dimensional units within a unified structural framework. Panels, glazing, and doors align to a standardized sizing logic, allowing reconfiguration without redesigning the full assembly.

How ö.WALL Installs

Position

Panels are positioned upright within the interlocking frame

Secure

The spring-based compression system secures the assembly between the floor and the ceiling

Align

The precision levelling tool is used to align panels to true 90-degree vertical tolerance

O.Wall installs through an interlocking modular frame sequence.

The system does not require penetration of the finished slab or ceiling under standard installation conditions.

The levelling tool compensates for minor floor irregularities, ensuring consistent alignment and visual accuracy even where surfaces are not perfectly level.

Our approach eliminates the need for drilling while maintaining structural stability under commercial operating conditions.

Installation integrates within standard construction sequencing and supports phased deployment strategies.

Structural stability is achieved through our:

Adaptive track system designed to accommodate minor irregularities in floor and ceiling conditions

Dynamic compression header that distributes vertical load and absorbs minor structural movement

Helicoid precision leveller that allows micro-adjustment during installation

Logistics and Transportability

ö.Wall components are modular and transportable.

Panels and frames are sized for controlled handling and staged site delivery, supporting:

Structural frame modules

Base and starter panels

Redeployment across floors or assets

Portfolio-level asset management

The system is designed for reuse rather than disposal during layout changes.

How It Disassembles

Disassembly follows the reverse installation sequence.

Because the system does not rely on plaster or destructive fasteners:

No demolition waste is generated

No floor or ceiling reinstatement is typically required

Core components are retained for redeployment

This supports multi-cycle use across tenancy changes.

How To Change Finishes

Surface finishes (“skins”) attach via a clip-and-lock interface.

They are independently removable and replaceable without affecting structural integrity.

This allows:

Brand refresh

Aesthetic updates

Acoustic layer adjustment

Selective surface replacement

Only the affected surface layer is replaced, not the full assembly.

How to Change Finishes

How Power and Electrical Changes Work

ö.Wall has a built-in cable management system through utility recesses.

The system supports:

Power module integration

Flexible relocation of outlets along the wall

IoT and smart device connectivity

Integration of lighting and display elements

Replaceable infill panels allow for on-site modifications that include drilling without compromising the structural system or requiring wall reconstruction.

Electrical changes can be implemented without hacking or plaster repair.

All electrical configurations are reviewed and validated against local regulatory and safety codes during technical coordination.

Performance and Environmental Resistance

ö.Wall is designed for commercial durability.

Unlike gypsum-based partitions dependent on brittle joint compounds, the structural framework uses engineered metal and composite assemblies designed for:

Impact resistance

Dimensional stability

Repeat configuration cycles

High-use environments

Structural components and magnesium oxide board assemblies resist moisture-driven mould growth and do not support termite digestion.

Removable skins/finishes and MgO board assemblies resist surface staining and warping. If localized damage occurs, only the affected skin is replaced.

Wall-mounted bracket assemblies supported applied loads up to 60 kg under controlled static test conditions (configuration-dependent).

Acoustic Performance

Indicative acoustic ranges:

Solid wall assemblies: est. 24–55 dB

Double-glass assemblies: est. 34–55 dB

Speech attenuation: Class B (>25 dB)

Under controlled ambient conditions, internal testing demonstrated reduction from 67 dB to 44 dB (configuration-dependent). Performance depends on:

Panel configuration

Junction detailing

Door specification

Ceiling interface

Where certified acoustic targets are required, assemblies are engineered and validated per project.

Structural Integrity and Seismic Considerations

ö.Wall  utilizes an interlocking structural framework with distributed load pathways.

Performance does not depend on adhesive bonding or brittle joint compounds. In controlled testing, the system withstood lateral force up to 315N under the tested configuration.

For higher stress environments or seismic considerations, anchoring strategy and configuration are validated during technical review in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.
